OSCE Chairman-in-Office to visit Albania on Monday

VIENNA, 8 April 2005 - The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, will visit Albania on Monday.
During his meetings with Albanian President Alfred Moisiu, Prime Minister Fatos Nano and Foreign Minister Kastriot Islami he will discuss further co-operation between the OSCE and Albania, as well as the upcoming parliamentary elections in the country, the current situation in Albania and in the region.
The Chairman-in-Office will also take part in a roundtable on elections 2005, organized by the OSCE Presence in Albania.
Media representatives are invited to attend a joint press conference with Dimitrij Rupel and Kastriot Islami at the Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at 16:45 on Monday, 11 April.
