About
About 750 participants, including young people and women, will learn about the role of the elections and parliament in modern democracies, and voting rules, with the aim of motivating them to participate in the parliamentary elections on 7 November 2010 as voters, observers, and volunteers.
The OSCE Office in Baku has developed a comprehensive election support programme aimed at assisting the authorities, political parties, and civil society to conduct elections in line with Azerbaijan's OSCE commitments and other international standards for democratic elections.
