About

The seminar will be led by a team of police experts from the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, which has given similar training seminars for the Office from 2005 to 2008.

This activity marks the continuation of the Office's long-term programme to build the capacity of the Internal Troops and the Baku City Police to effectively manage public assemblies, through training in the use of non-violent methods of crowd control.

The Office has worked with a number of OSCE participating States (Hungary, France, Germany, Turkey, and the United States) in this area.
