About
A mentor will work in the news and analytical departments for one week and set a number of objectives. The following month, he will return for another week, gauge progress, give feedback and set further objectives. This process will continue for 6 months.
It is hoped that ITV will show better results in balanced and objective election coverage, representing a variety of viewpoints and providing a neutral forum in which an open discussion of policies can be held.
