About
The seminars are aimed at judges of the first instance courts of Baku as well as judges of newly-established regional appeal courts. Of 19 seminars, five will be held in the regions and 14 in Baku. Two of the Baku seminars will be conducted for journalists. Relevant hand-outs on the topic will be prepared and distributed to participants.
