This conference will gather panellists whose expertise on energy efficiency in Azerbaijan will stimulate discussions and the exchange of experience. In particular, an OSCE expert will present research conducted in 2013 on policy guidelines for energy efficiency. The Centre for Strategic Studies under the President of Azerbaijan will chair the conference and will present recommendations for the better integration of energy efficiency in public buildings, while addressing prospects and challenges.
