Re-advertisement: Supply and Delivery of Bottled Drinking Water and Provision of Associated Services: Invitation for Bids
The OSCE Office in Baku invites Bids from eligible, and qualified companies for the supply and delivery of Bottled Drinking Water (“the Goods”) and provision of associated services (“Associated Services”) according to the requirements as defined in the bidding documents.
The Bidding Documents include:
Section I: Instructions to Bidders (to be viewed at www.osce.org/procurement/15 )
Section II: Bidding Data Sheet
Section III: Bid Forms
Section IV: Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements
Section V: Contract
It is expected that the aggregate duration of the proposed contract will be five (5) years. Throughout the term of the contract the OSCE does not guarantee a minimum level of requested services. Any orders placed against the contract shall be on an “as and when required” basis, and the OSCE shall be under no obligation to procure any or all of the Goods and Associated Services exclusively from the selected contractor.
Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the below specified address on or before 21 October 2013, 12:00 (Baku time)

Bids shall include the following:
- Section III-A duly completed and signed;
- Section III-B duly completed and signed (please note that OSCE will be evaluating previous experience of the bidder and will contact customers for references; failure to provide customer names and contact details may result in disqualification of the bidder);
- Section III-C duly completed and signed;
- Sections IV-A and IV-B duly completed and signed;
- Copies of certificates of compliance and sanitary controls for bottled water;
- Copy of Certificate of State registration of the company/firm;
- Banking information including Bank Name, Account Name, SWIFT and BIC codes, Bank Address, Bank Account Number, for payment of invoices;
- Copy of the Bidder’s tax payer certificate;
- Copy of the license(s) or other document(s) (e.g. Charter) certifying the Bidder’s eligibility for provision of the types of goods/services requested in this ITB.
The OSCE reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul, in whole or in part, or to suspend the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time and without reason prior to award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
