The Head on Anti-Terrorism Issues in the OSCE Transnational Threats Department, Thomas Wuchte, will address the third biennial United Nations General Assembly plenary meeting on the review of the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy to outline the OSCE's collaboration with the UN in supporting the implementation of the Strategy.
