About
Experts from departments of Justice, Interior, Foreign Affairs, Prosecutors Offices and Financial Intelligence Units from OSCE participating States in Eastern and South Eastern Europe, and the South Caucasus will discuss national experiences when freezing and confiscating criminal assets. Disscussion will include legal and regulatory aspects, administration, and the hardships to overcome when it comes to the practice of this key mechanism to combat terrorism financing.
