About
This seminar will address international travel document standards and best practices, assistance and capacity-building needs of States, identification management and related border-security issues. The seminar is organized by the International Civil aviation Organization (ICAO) with the support of the OSCE Transnational Threats Department and the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan. The OSCE has been assisting its participating States in enhancing travel document security since 2003.
