Between the evenings of 7 and 8 July the SMM recorded more ceasefire violations, including more explosions in Donetsk region compared with the previous reporting period, and no explosions in Luhansk region. Between the evenings of 8 and 9 July the Mission recorded fewer ceasefire violations, including no explosions in Luhansk region, though more explosions in Donetsk region, compared with the previous 24 hours. The SMM assessed a fresh impact site in Pisky. The Mission continued monitoring the disengagement areas; it recorded ceasefire violations near the Zolote disengagement area and saw a white signal flare fired south of the Stanytsia Luhanska bridge. The Mission followed up on reports of civilian casualties in Zaitseve and observed a fresh impact site in residential areas of Zolote-5. It continued monitoring the disengagement areas; it recorded ceasefire violations near the Zolote disengagement area. Between the evenings of 15 and 16 July it recorded more ceasefire violations in Donetsk region, but fewer in Luhansk region, compared with the previous 24 hours. The Mission monitored and facilitated the retrieval of civilian remains near Raivka, and followed up on a report of a death in Pokrovske. At 10:10 on 9 November, having crossed into non-government controlled areas, an SMM patrol (of six members in two vehicles) at the entry-exit checkpoint south-east of “DPR”-controlled Verkhnioshyrokivske (formerly Oktiabr, 85km south of Donetsk), heard five outgoing explosions followed by five impacts; two-three impacts were seen about 100 metres south-south-east. Then, the SMM heard and saw a further three to five impacts, some about 50 metres south-east of its position. The SMM could not determine the weapons used...
