Estonia

Estonia became a signatory of the Helsinki Final Act in 1991, following its independence from the Soviet Union earlier that year. It has hosted two OSCE bodies: the OSCE Mission to Estonia between 1993 and 2001, and the OSCE Representative to the Estonian Expert Commission on Military Pensioners between 1994 and 2006. Estonia is represented by a Permanent Delegation to the OSCE and to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
