Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan has been an OSCE participating State since 1992, following its independence from the Soviet Union. Between 1999 and 2013, it hosted the OSCE Office in Baku, and the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Baku from 2014 to 2015. Azerbaijan is represented by a Permanent Delegation to the OSCE and to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
