OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier met UK Foreign Secretary William Hague in London on 28 November 2012.
Zannier and Hague discussed a wide range of issues pertaining to the European Security Dialogue in general including "track two" initiatives involving academics and civil society. They spoke about ongoing preparations for the OSCE Ministerial Council to take place on 6 and 7 December in Dublin, with a particular emphasis on the "Helsinki +40" process, and had an exchange of views on regional issues on the OSCE agenda including recent developments related to the protracted conflicts.
