LONDON, 22 October 2025 – OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu completed his first official visit to the United Kingdom today. He participated in the 2025 Berlin Process Leaders’ Summit on the Western Balkans in London, which brought together leaders from across Europe and South-Eastern Europe.

OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu participated in the Seventh European Political Community (EPC) Summit, hosted in Copenhagen, Denmark.

OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu concluded his visit to New York City today, where he attended the high-level week of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly. The visit was an opportunity to meet with the United Nations Secretary-General, as well as leaders and Foreign Ministers from across the OSCE region.

VIENNA/HELSINKI, 1 September 2025- The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Foreign Minister of Finland Elina Valtonen, and OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu welcome the adoption of a Ministerial Council decision closing the Minsk process and related structures following a Joint Appeal from Armenia and Azerbaijan.

OSCE welcomes the August 8 Joint Declaration signed in Washington D.C., congratulate Armenia and Azerbaijan on this development and commend President Donald Trump of the U.S.A. on his role in bringing it about.

OSCE Secretary General Ambassador Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu concluded his official visit to Helsinki, where he participated in the Helsinki+50 Conference and held a series of high-level bilateral meetings.
