Georgia’s Deputy Foreign Minister addresses OSCE Permanent Council
The Deputy Foreign Minister of Georgia, Sergi Kapanadze, addressed representatives of the 56 OSCE participating States at a Permanent Council meeting in Vienna on 20 September 2012. Kapanadze outlined his country’s perspectives on security in the region and on the role of the OSCE.
