About

This roundtable meeting  will bring local and international experts from relevant agencies, industry and businesses to discuss ways to hinder criminals and terrorists’ access to explosive substances, ammonium nitrate fertilizers and chemicals. The objective is to identify good practices and recommendations to inform legislative and regulatory initiatives in Kyrgyzstan to enhance the implementation of the 1997 Convention on the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings.

The meeting will also serve to review the current status of ratification of the Universal Antiterrorism Instruments by Kyrgyzstan.
