This series of two-day training seminars for judges from regional administrative courts in Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia and Chernivtsi and from the administrative appeals court in Vinnytsia will focus on legal writing techniques, the use of modern technologies in drafting court decisions, and the criteria for, and structure of, high-quality opinions.

The seminars are being organized as part of a project aimed at enhancing the coherence of administrative court practice in Ukraine. The project is being implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine upon a request from the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine, with support from the German Government.
