About
The third in the OSCE Talks series, which brings together students and leading researchers to discuss current events related to the OSCE, will focus on the challenges and opportunities of communications and media as well as social and new media in conflict situations.
The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Tánaiste & Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade Eamon Gilmore, will give the keynote address.
