Round table discussion on the implementation of free legal aid system in Ukraine

The round table discussion will focus on the implementation of the free secondary legal aid system in Ukraine scheduled for 1 January 2013. The participants will also review current state of the development of free legal aid system and the respective principal provisions of the Code of the Criminal Procedures of Ukraine.
The representatives from the governmental authorities, legal professionals, advocates and the academia dealing with the issues of free legal aid in Ukraine will attend the event.
The round table is conducted in the framework of the project implemented by OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine to support the Development of the Legal Aid System in Ukraine.
The event will start at 9am on 3 October, 2012 at the hotel “Kozatskyy” (1/3, Mykhaylivska str., Kyiv).
