About
The OSCE Office in Baku, in co-operation with the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, will organize the training course on monitoring freedom of assembly for the civil society representatives. The participants will be briefed on international human rights instruments, relevant OSCE commitments, and OSCE/ODIHR & Venice Commission Guidelines on Freedom of Assembly. They will also explore national legislation and procedures, and develop proper skills on monitoring and reporting on public assemblies.
