Funding and budget

The OSCE is funded by contributions from its 57 members. Its annual budget is around 140 million euros.

On 30 December 2014, the OSCE Permanent Council adopted the Organization's Unified Budget for 2015, totalling EUR 141,107,600 (PC Decision 1158).

Staffing and employment

The OSCE employs some 400 people in its Secretariat, 200 in its institutions and around 2,100 in its field operations. Locally-contracted employees outnumber international seconded employees by roughly three to one. Seconded staff members are funded by their national administrations.
