Overview submitted in September 2011 to the United Nations Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate (UN CTED), which invited the OSCE to contribute to the a Global Implementation Survey of UN Security Council Resolution 1624 (2005) on the prohibition and prevention of incitement to commit terrorist acts.
