Project description

The Project aims to facilitate the effective implementation of strategies and programmes by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP). While the NACP is the project’s direct beneficiary, civil society, public servants, students across Ukraine, as well as the general public will also benefit through increased awareness and access to educational materials and tools on corruption prevention and anti-corruption measures.

It aims to achieve the following results:

  1. NACP has tools to develop mechanisms for minimizing corruption in the corruption-susceptible spheres;
  2. NACP is equipped with the capacity and tools to develop, coordinate, and monitor the 2026-2030 Anti-Corruption Strategy and Programme;
  3. NACP has tools and capacity to apply a gender-based approach in preventing and combating corruption;
  4. NACP has new educational tools enabling various stakeholders to learn about corruption prevention and anti-corruption measures;
  5. NACP has materials and capacity to develop and implement policies on the protection of whistle-blowers in criminal cases.
