Guide on Reporting Corruption

The document provides valuable reference to assist any responsible citizen wishing to expose encountered instances of corruption in any form and officially report the violation.

This Guide will support efforts of anti-corruption practitioners in their day-to-day work. It provides comprehensive information on different forms of corruption and the liability associated with corruption-related offences, explains the investigative jurisdiction of law enforcement agencies and the mandate of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, as well as the competencies of other relevant public authorities and institutions. The Guide also covers general requirements for corruption reports and the specific procedures for submitting reports to the NACP, including available reporting channels, submission methods, the review process, and mechanisms for appealing actions or omissions of competent authorities.

This tool was developed as part of a project “Supporting the development of effective tools for the prevention of corruption and enhancing anti-corruption compliance in Ukraine” implemented by implemented by the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine in co-operation with the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP).
