Synthesis of Decentralized Evaluations Report 2022-2024
This report presents a synthesis of findings found within decentralized evaluations carried out by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe between 2022 - 2024. It presents recurring findings on evaluation criteria (relevance, added value, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and gender equality and human rights), as well as crosscutting findings and lessons relevant to the organization based on an analysis of the recommendations and comparison with previous syntheses.
