Iceland
Iceland participated in the early CSCE negotiations from 1973 onwards and is one of the 35 original signatories of the 1975 Helsinki Final Act. It is represented by a Permanent Delegation to the OSCE and to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Copenhagen.
