About
The OSCE and its Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) has built up a solid reputation in the area of electoral assistance and observation.
The Belgian OSCE Chairmanship has chosen to highlight this important activity by organizing a conference on "Building Democracy through OSCE Electoral Assistance and Observation". The event will gather senior experts from the OSCE and other international organizations that carry out election observations as well as academia, non-governmental organizations and election observers.
