About
Some 150 representatives from 32 OSCE States, five Mediterranean States, Korea and several international organizations discussed a range of confidence-building measures including early warning, conflict prevention, the human dimension and the economic dimension.
Particular emphasis was put on OSCE instruments in the military field such as the Vienna Document 1994 and the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe.
Several concrete proposals on confidence-building possibilities in the Mediterranean and advancing co-operation between OSCE States and partners in the region were discussed.
