About
Following the ratification of a Memorandum of Understanding between Armenia and the OSCE, the Office began operations on 16 February 2000.
According to its mandate, the Office would work to promote the implementation of OSCE principles and commitments as well as establish and maintain contact with local authorities, universities, research institutions and non-governmental organizations.
