About
The concept of the workshop originated from discussions with representatives of the Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation - Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Morocco and Tunisia - during the Istanbul Summit in November 1999. The workshop's sessions were designed to provide these Partners with a deeper understanding of OSCE structures and field operations as well as politico-military negotiations.
