About
The conference, whose theme was "The Role of the OSCE in the New Architecture of Europe", focused on the political, economic and human rights aspects of OSCE work. The Rotterdam Declaration was adopted on the last day of the conference, along with a number of other resolutions on themes such as combating anti-Semitism, prisoners detained at the US base at Guantanamo Bay, the International Criminal Court as well as on Belarus and Moldova.
