Do you have something to say on a case the Constitutional Court is deliberating on? Does your NGONGO
non-governmental organization actively work with issues that have become the subject-matter of constitutional proceedings? Has your institution received a request from the judge-rapporteur of the Constitutional Court to provide an opinion on issues raised in the constitutional proceedings? Practical aspects of soliciting, preparing and presenting legal submissions, methodology of their argumentation, procedural requirements for presenting them before the Constitutional Court will be the subject of the basic course on writing legal submissions "Amicus curiae in constitutional proceedings".
