1403rd Special Plenary Meeting of the Permanent Council
The Russian Federation’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1457 on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Mission to Moldova (Moldova, interpretative statement 1; Czech Republic-European Union, (interpretative statement 2; Canada, interpretative statement 3; United Kingdom, interpretative statement 4; United States of America, interpretative statement 5; Switzerland, interpretative statement 6). Dangerous provocations by the Kiev regime with the support of the Western alliance of OSCE participating States and on the ongoing crimes by the Kiev regime against the civilian population. The humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh as a result of the unlawful blockade imposed by Azerbaijan. Lack of consensus on adopting the Unified Budget for the OSCE in 2022 (Chairperson, Annex 1, Annex 2).
