Amicus Curiae in Modern Justice

This publication includes a set of guidelines explaining the functioning of amicus curiae instrument in justice system. It will be useful to anyone intending to file an amicus curiae brief to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (the CCU), as well as to the CCU judges and staff. It includes practical information and guidance to civil society organizations, private individuals as well as authorities, both national and local.

It was produced within the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine project "Support to Ukraine’s Human Rights Protection by Enhancing Accessibility of Constitutional Justice" implemented with the financial support of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
