Implementation of the judicial reform is one of the key demands of both the national expert community and of international partners of Ukraine. Ukrainian society as well insist on the inevitability and imminence of judicial branch transformation. Thus, the core task of this reform is to develop a fair judicial system in Ukraine.

The Conference will contribute to the consolidation of efforts of national legal scholars, national and foreign expert community, civil society representatives in framing further steps of the judicial reform and on discussing the best international experience in this field.

The Conference will consist of the following thematic sections:

Section 1. Contemporary Problems of the Judicial System Development

Section 2. Constitutional Justice System Evolution in Ukraine and Abroad

Section 3. European Experience and European Standards of the Judicial System Functioning (Key Lessons for Ukraine)

Section 4. New Challenges to the Legal Profession and Public Prosecution Development

Section 5. Procedural Law and Legal Reasoning
