About
The Gender Responsive Leadership Programme supports OSCE’s long-standing commitment to ensuring gender equality, by equipping senior leadership with skills to exercise strong and active leadership in building sustainable progress on gender equality in the Organization, contributing to the implementation of the 2004 OSCE Action Plan for the Promotion of Gender Equality and achieving the objectives of the OSCE Gender Parity Strategy developed in 2019.
The programme accompanies 15 senior leaders, women and men, over the course of eighteen weeks, and explores effective ways in achieving a gender-sensitive management culture that supports an inclusive, enabling working environment. It also contributes to the gender mainstreaming of all OSCE policies, programs and activities, and ultimately facilitates gender equality and gender parity in the Organization.
The programme, generously sponsored by the Swedish Chairpersonship and the Folke Bernadotte Academy, will run in an online format, including online plenary workshops, skills workshops, assignments, individual coaching sessions, reflections and group work.
