The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1406 on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine (Ukraine, interpretative statement 1; Portugal-European Union, interpretative statement 2; United Kingdom, interpretative statement 3; Russian Federation, interpretative statement 4; Turkey, interpretative statement 5; Canada, interpretative statement 6; United States of America, interpretative statement 7). Elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, to be held on 19 September 2021.
