OSCE Chairman's Bishkek press conference was not held for technical reasons

BISHKEK, 16 April 2007 - A planned press conference by the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos, on April 13 was not held for technical reasons at Manas International Airport, the OSCE Centre in Bishkek said today.
"The OSCE Centre in Bishkek regrets any inconvenience caused by the change in the Minister's schedule," said Ambassador Markus Mueller, the Head of the Centre.
