On 06-07 June, 2019 the International Conference “Exploitation as a Form of Human Trafficking: Tendencies and Solutions” will be held at the premises of the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs with the support of the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine.
During the conference it is planned to discuss a number of issues related to combating trafficking in human beings, namely: international experience in countering trafficking in human beings; legal aspects of combating labour exploitation; specifics of investigation of crimes related to the labour exploitation; use of advanced technologies and the cooperation of law enforcement agencies in combating trafficking in human beings, etc.
OSCE experts, academics of higher education institutions, law enforcement and human rights officials, and anti-trafficking experts are expected to attend the Conference.
The event will be held within the framework of the OSCE project “Helping the Ministry of Internal Affairs address domestic violence, human trafficking and cybercrime”.
