Research Paper on Effectiveness of the National Preventive Mechanism against Torture

The research done by independent non-governmental experts with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, provides assessment of implementation of the country’s National Prevention Mechanism against torture and ill treatment (“Ombudsman Plus” model). It also outlines recommendations for further work in strengthening protection of human rights in detention facilities. Available in Ukrainian only.
