Reform of State and Municipal Printed Media

Upon the request of the State Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting, the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine has implemented a project titled “Supporting State and Municipal Media Denationalization”. The project is aimed at supporting the media in a transition process from municipal to private ownership.

As part of this project, the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine jointly with Institute of Mass Information, Centre for Democracy and Rule of Law, Ukrainian Association of Press Publishers, National Union of Journalists, Platform of Human Rights, and Regional Press Development Institute has developed guidelines for the preparation of documents for the transformation of the legal entity of an editorial. For the sake of convenience, the recommendations were produced in a text format and as a step-by-step infographics.
