About
The address by the new OSCE Chairperson-in-Office to the Permanent Council in January is an annual event. In line with this tradition, Steinmeier has presented the representatives of the OSCE’s participating States and Partners for Co-operation with the priorities and work plan of Germany’s OSCE Chairmanship.
All participating States have the opportunity to respond to the Chairperson-in-Office’s address.
The Chairperson-in-Office also met with the Heads of OSCE Institutions and OSCE Field Operations who gather in Vienna for their annual meeting.
