Did you know that diplomats from the 57 states are meeting daily in the Vienna Hofburg to confront each other and explain their views? How does the OSCE work? OSCE Cafes are a chance to meet in person with OSCE diplomats and officials. They will speak from their practical experience and answer your questions.
