The event includes a celebratory stamping ceremony for a Special Cover 2012 OSCE postage stamp followed by a reception for OSCE partners to mark the 40-year anniversary of the signing of the Helsinki Final Act.
The Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and the Director for the OSCE Conflict Prevention Centre Marcel Pesco will make welcoming remarks.
