Established in 2004 by Ukrainian businessman Victor Pinchuk, The Yalta European Strategy (YES) is a public diplomacy forum aiming to develop strategies for Ukraine and Wider Europe and promote Ukraine’s European integration.

The YES Annual Meetings have provided a platform for dialogue between representatives of Ukraine, the Russian Federation, the EU, the United States, as well as for the Ukrainian government and opposition.
