This workshop is organized within the European Union and Council of Europe joint project on strengthening the capacity of lawyers and human rights defenders for domestic application of the European Convention on Human Rights and the Revised European Social Charter in co-operation with the OSCE Office in Yerevan and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
International and local experts, lawyers and human rights defenders will discuss non discrimination principles and concepts, standards applied by Armenian courts and the latest developments in the related practice of the European Court for Human Rights.
