This workshop will gather members of the Information Disputes Council, journalists and media lawyers to discuss the judicial practice with free expression related to court cases, as well as the ways to further strengthen extra-judicial mechanisms in solving media disputes.
The event will also present a “Know-How” User Guide for lawyers and journalists on the application of defamation norms developed with the OSCE support.
