About
The workshop aims at identifying key strategic areas of custom reform and modernization in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Based on the discussions participants will develop a draft strategic action plan, which could serve as a roadmap for the aforementioned reforms and the implementation of the SAFE Framework which OSCE participating States decided in 2005 to implement as soon as possible.
