The Office in Baku supports the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) in bringing its corporate marine oil spills contingency plan up to international standards. The seminar objective is to share and discuss with SOCAR specialists the findings and recommendations of the international expert review of the SOCAR Oil Spill Preparedness and Response Draft Plan.
